On 10th May 2009, a "world exclusive announcement" will be made on the Pokemon Sunday television program in Japan. It is speculated that it will be announcement for the long awaited remakes of Pokemon Gold and Pokemon Silver.
edit 2+ YES! Gold and Silver remakes have been confirmed! Before May 10, too! Pokemon HeartGold and SoulSilver. I just had to add in the logos to the picture. Also, I'm planning to redo this picture later once I have a tablet sometime next month. Yay for GS-DS [or HGSS, for most]! Below the - is the rest of the original post. - OH MY GOD I'M SO EXCITED. I can't wait to find out what the announcement is about. I'm going to faint if it's really GS-DS. Johto for the win! If it's not, well, I'm going to join all the other disappointed fans in the dark corner and cry. + started out as a pencil sketch on paper + scanned to Photoshop CS3 + colored and shaded + backgrounds added, stocks:   + borders added edit 1+ I forgot to mention. One of the things bugging me lately was Pokemon Gold and Silver, honestly. I'm pining for a remake. Even songs like "My Immortal" by Evanescence made me think of Johto, like a real place.  So yeah, finding out May 10th is going to be big just pushed me to making this. |
